This includes resolution of technical and complex client queries whilst strengthening & maintaining relationships between clients/intermediaries and Old Mutual.Processes claims in accordance within operating proceduresResponsible for the end-to-end finalisation of the claim.Makes outbound calls to resolve any technical and complex client queries or complaints and resolves issues to completionTakes inbound callsInternal Claims ReportingAbility to work with cross-functional teamsPassionate about learning to keep abreast of developments and trends in area of expertise.Ability to self-manage delivering to outcomes whilst effectively using multiple systemsQualifications and ExperienceMatricTertiary qualification2-3 years' experience in the Financial Services industry (preferable)Old Mutual Compass, EMS and Chorus System experience (advantageous)Computer literacy essential (MS Office)Skills and CompetenciesHigh proficiency in service orientationVery strong analytical & logical reasoning and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSound planning & organising skillsSelf-motivated and action-orientated, with high levels of energy and self-confidenceEducationMatriculation Certificate (Matric) (Required)Closing Date16 September 2024The appointment will be made from the designated group in line with the Employment Equity Plan of Old Mutual South Africa and the specific business unit in question.Old Mutual Limited is pro-vaccination and encourages its workforce to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.All prospective employees are required to disclose their vaccination status as part of the recruitment process.Please refer to the Old Mutual's Covid-19 vaccination policy for further detail.
