This position reports to the Head of Brand for Mr D. Your responsibilities will include: Community Engagement and Interaction Drive meaningful interactions by engaging in and moderating community discussions. Encourage user-generated content and foster a vibrant community culture. Serve as the front-line brand ambassador in daily social media conversations Monitor social channels for brand mentions and customer feedback, ensuring prompt and appropriateresponses. Enforce community guidelines to maintain a respectful and engaging online environment. Address negative sentiments swiftly to uphold the brand's reputation. Content Support and Alignment Load all content across social platforms timeously. Assist in the creation and distribution of content across social platforms that resonates with thecommunity. Ensure content consistency with the brand's voice and marketing objectives. Support live events and campaigns with real-time content and community feedback. Insights and Reporting Gather and analyze community feedback to provide insights on public sentiment and content performance. Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to refine strategies based on community insights. Generate regular reports detailing community engagement trends and content effectiveness. Attributes & Skillsets required: Empathetic: Naturally attuned to the community's tone, providing a responsive and caring brand interaction. Alert: Always on the lookout, ensuring the brand's standards are upheld online. Resourceful: Adept at finding creative solutions to engage users andresolve issues. Collaborative: Works seamlessly with others, valuing team input toenhance community efforts. Strong understanding of social media dynamics and userengagement strategies. Proven ability to monitor and moderate large-scale onlinecommunities. Competence in utilizing analytics tools to derive community insights. Familiarity with content management systems and scheduling tools. Experience in supporting and aligning content with broadermarketing campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience in community management.
