***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***A small but thriving dealership is seeking a Vehicle & Service Administrator to join our team.
This dynamic role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including Service Advisor, Receptionist, and Vehicle Administrator functions.
When applying it is an absolute must that you have experience in a franchised motor dealership, with a strong working knowledge of a DMS, ENatis, and stock control.
We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual who has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for working in a fast paced dealership environment. Job RequirementsMatric CertificateA valid Drivers LicenseAt least 2 years of experience as a Dealership Administrator in a franchised motor dealershipStock Control, ENatis, Service Advise and Accounts experienceProficiency in a DMSStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamFully bilingualStable work historyContactable references *Our client would prefer someone who is currently living in or around the Overberg area, or is willing to relocate at short notice * You will need the following documents to apply.
