Mission
To implement the MineRP platform at clients by understanding the client's business and value objectives, executing configuration, testing, training, and entrenchment activities. The success of the position is measured on profitability, turnaround time, and the quality of the project delivery.
Main Duties & Responsibilities: Develop an understanding of the client's business needs and how the project will deliver value.Participate in the solution, implementation, and entrenchment design.Execute the solution design within an overall project plan, including solution configuration in line with the Inbound and Outbound Books of Standards.Participate in the software and solution testing.Participate in developing training material and deliver training.Participate in the entrenching software adoption in line with client processes and value objectives.Contribute to continuous improvement of methods and procedures to support the implementation method.Maintain and gain upgrade knowledge of MineRP software to effectively utilize and promote it.Participate in business diagnostics exercises to determine value scope and focus.Participate in proof of value exercises to demonstrate value of solution in the client environment.Introduce or participate in standardizing configuration across sites/clients/methods.Maintain documentation related to planned and executed standardized configuration.Provide front-line client care (customer support) services and submit support tickets per standard procedures.Perform adoption functions in line with MineRP methodology.Participate in Business Process Mapping of As-Is and To-Be client processes, when required.Participate in continuously improving MineRP products through feedback to the Product Management and Development teams.Participate in Testing cycles – part of delivery to client as well as part of product testing.Learning and Growth:
Participate in activities as described in Personal Development Plan, as agreed with the Global Services Manager and/or Projects & Implementation Manager. Facilitate knowledge sharing and skills development processes (best practice, lessons learnt, etc.).

Competences, Skills & Experience:
Proven practical mining exposure which includes exposure to mine planning, design, and scheduling processes. Experience working in a consulting environment preferably in a mining environment. Experience with business or mining-related implementation projects. Strong analytical skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask on different projects and tasks. Accepting accountability when necessary. Be committed, collaborative, and innovative.
Educational Qualifications:
A tertiary (degree or diploma) in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other applicable engineering qualification or related qualifications in Mine Technical Services (Geology, Survey, etc.). Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) formally acknowledging skills, competence, expertise, and capabilities that an implementation consultant possesses as a result of prior learning that may have occurred through formal, informal or non-formal means, through self-study, work or other life experience.
