This senior technical role provides expert advice and guidance on all aspects of Oil, Gas, Extractives, and Renewable Energy Management, including designing, participating in, and implementing best-in-class management programs. Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and be proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position.EDUCATION, REQUIRED SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:5-15 years of experience in Energy, Extractives, and/or Renewables and 5 years of experience in Mining Industry Engineering/Geosciences with an emphasis on unconventional reservoirsBachelor degree in Mining Industry Engineering/Geosciences or related discipline. Master's degree or Ph.D. is desirable, but not required. A Ph.D. may be substituted for 4 years of experience with a Master's Degree or 6 years' experience with a Bachelor's DegreeA training history of appropriate specialized courses and seminars is expected. Technical publications are valued but in-depth practical experience is paramount.Ability to communicate effectively across all functions in the organization and deliver quick turnaround on management requests working with minimal direction and supervisionDemonstrated expertise in both quick scoping economic evaluations and in-depth field development modeling.
