Responsibilities:Craft Long- and Medium-Term Technical Policies: Develop forward-thinking technical strategies to shape the future of maintenance.Design and Optimize Maintenance Plans: Create and enhance maintenance concepts, leveraging risk-based methods like FMECA and RCM to ensure peak performance.Advise on Production and Maintenance: Provide expert guidance on production processes, cost control, and improving efficiency to drive operational success.Conduct Maintenance Scans and Reporting: Perform thorough maintenance assessments and deliver insightful advisory reports for continuous improvement.Implement and Enhance Maintenance Systems: Develop and refine maintenance management systems to optimize operations and resource allocation.Ensure Material Availability: Determine and manage the necessary stock of materials, including risk and spare parts, based on strategic methodologies.Lead and Educate: Guide maintenance coordinators and engineers, and share innovative methodologies to foster expertise and improve overall maintenance practices.Minimum Requirements:3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Maintenance Engineer, with practical experience in maintenance and asset management advisory.
