Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright to join our team in the Food and Beverage industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in our production facility.
This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.Key Responsibilities:– Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and equipment– Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime– Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations– Work with production and engineering teams to improve processes and equipment performance– Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment– Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performanceQualifications:– Trade certification as a Millwright or similar qualification– Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry– Solid understanding of mechanical systems and equipment– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills– Willingness to work flexible hours as neededContact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
