Hire Resolve is currently looking for a talented Millwright specializing in the Food and Beverage industry to join our esteemed client's team.
As a Millwright, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of machinery used in the production of food and beverage products.
Responsibilities Conduct regular maintenance on food and beverage processing equipment, including mixers, conveyors, and packaging machines.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues effectively and efficiently.
Perform repairs or replacements on defective machinery parts as necessary.
Implement preventive maintenance protocols to minimize production downtime.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations in all maintenance and repair activities.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for all equipment.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and address any operational concerns.
Requirements Trade Test Certificate as a Millwright or Equivalent A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Millwright in the Food and Beverage industry Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Experience in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of food processing equipment Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
