RPO Recruitment is on the lookout for a talented Millwright to join our client's dynamic team in the FMCG sector.
As a Millwright, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of machinery used in food and beverage production.
Your expertise will ensure high operational efficiency and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment and machinery Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshooting on various systems Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues with machinery Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance productivity Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all maintenance procedures Document maintenance and repair activities for compliance and tracking purposes Requirements Proven experience as a Millwright, preferably in the FMCG industry Trade Test Certificate as a Millwright Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Experience with PLCs and automated systems is advantageous Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Strong attention to detail and quality in workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team MUST RESIDE IN OR AROUND PAARL Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment Career growth and development opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including medical aid and pension Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
