The primary purpose of this role will be fault finding and proactively repairing machinery as well as preventative maintenance, enabling the production team to produce high-quality, safe products.
Requirements: Trade Tested Millwright Willing to work shifts 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in an industrial/production/facility maintenance environment Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintenance issues Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills Strong technical aptitude Reliable, motivated, and punctual Have a strong work ethic Be physically fit and healthy for work Proven ability to work as part of a team Key Responsibilities: Preventative maintenance and servicing of all production equipment Responsible for overall integrity and reliability of control systems throughout the plant Fault finding Provide technical support/skills for equipment troubleshooting and control/equipment modifications Support plant with PLC troubleshooting at a code level Work with maintenance teams to modify PLC programs in order to improve operations Responsible for all tools and ensure no tools are left in production areas Repair of production machinery parts and replacement of production machinery parts Test various electrical equipment using standard test equipment and observing system/unit operations Maintenance of all machinery Complete preventative maintenance and reactive worksheets from Maintenance Scheduling Program (DMS) Planning and implementation of various maintenance projects Design and layout circuits, install fixtures, wiring conduits, motors, and other electrical equipment/components General maintenance of unused machines In consultation with production staff, identify equipment and areas requiring attention Constant review of production line to ensure optimal effectiveness Provide coverage for annual and personal leave of other maintenance members across all shifts Email your CV to ******
