Milk Factory Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Relevant Diploma/Degree- Min of 3 years experience in similar position/role- Strong communication skills verbal and written- Computer literate- Proven ability to manage/maintain systems- Previous HR and labour experience highly advantageous- Appreciates attention to detail- Strong leadership skills- Experience in overseeing production process from raw milk to finished product, always maintaining quality. - Experience with - staff training / manage package levels / manage stock levels / manage staff, including disciplinary process and leave planning / stock control during production phase and otherONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
