Location: Johannesburg and Cape Town Key Responsibilities: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Create detailed functional specifications.
Develop process flows, data models, and use case diagrams.
Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during implementation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
