Job Summary:
As a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications that support our consulting engagements. You will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop applications that facilitate seamless organizational transitions and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-End Development: Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) that enhance user experience during organizational change.
Back-End Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and database structures using languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java, ensuring seamless data flow and integration with client systems.
Database Management: Design, implement, and optimize both SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure data integrity, performance, and security across various applications.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with consultants, business analysts, and client stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and translate them into technical specifications.
Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong track record of delivering web applications in enterprise or consulting settings.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java). Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, version control systems (Git), and testing frameworks.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
