Candidate must be between 18 - 35 years old.ExperienceSeveral years of experience in RF planning and optimization, preferably in the telecommunications industry.EducationA bachelor's degree in engineering, telecommunications, or a related field.Technical SkillsProficiency in MW planning tools (e.g., Asset & Pathloss, etc.), understanding of propagation models, and familiarity with network architecture and technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).Analytical SkillsAbility to analyze network data, congestion reports, and propose solutions.Problem-SolvingCapacity to diagnose network issues, troubleshoot MW-related problems, and propose effective solutions.CommunicationStrong written and verbal communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, present findings, and propose strategies. Willing to communicate with customers and proactively propose solutions based on customer requirements.Project ManagementAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Market KnowledgeUnderstanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competition in the telecommunications sector. Familiar with TX network planning principles and tools for Microwave (MW), FTTS, etc. Has good experience in MW planning, including but not limited to ZTE, Aviat, Ericsson, Huawei MW, etc.AdaptabilityWillingness to stay updated with evolving technologies and industry standards. Attention to detail: Precision in MW planning to ensure optimal network performance and minimal interference.CollaborationWork effectively within a team, collaborating with MW engineers, network operations, and other stakeholders. Priority given to having experience in Microwave and bearer network.SkillsTroubleshooting, Broadband Microwave Systems, Network Planning.
