The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our research and production team, contributing to the development and optimisation of microbial products for agricultural use.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimise production processes for micro-organisms, specifically Rhizobium spp.
and Bacillus spp.
Perform routine microbiological techniques including culturing, staining, microscopy, PCR, DNA sequencing, and bioinformatics analysis.
Design and execute experiments to test and improve the efficacy of microbial products.
Ensure accurate documentation of experimental protocols, results, and data analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate microbiological insights into product development.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in microbiology and related fields.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to microbial production.
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
Contribute to scientific papers, reports, and presentations to communicate research findings.
