MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS BSc Agri in Agronomy / Soil SciencePhD in plant genetics advantageousMin of 8 years' experience in agricultural fieldPrevious experience with fruit – apples, pears, orangesComputer literateKeen interest in modern agriculture and technologyEffective communication and written skillsSelf-motivated and organizedAbility to conduct trialsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsValid drivers licenseDUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Sourcing Orange ValenciaIdentify and engage with local farmers to source high-quality Orange Valencia.Monitor and evaluate the quality of produce to meet company standards.Packhouse Coordination:Identify suitable pack houses for packing and storing the sourced fruits.Engage with packhouse management to ensure compliance with packaging standards and timelines.Oversee the packing process to ensure fruits are packed correctly and efficiently.Shipping and Logistics:Ensure the shipping of packed fruits to India and other overseas markets.work with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.Oversee and manage export documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping regulationsONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted.
