Job Description You will form part of RMM within the Mass Foundation Cluster which is one of the largest customer-facing business segments in Old Mutual. In this role, you will provide support on all aspects of Human Resource benefits administration activities including, transfers (job changes), off-boarding, payroll processing, Human Resources Information System (HRIS) administration, Workday and Magnify.
Collaboration with the Human Capital Support Centre, to remediate data errors on Workday to ensure that HC onboarding activities are completed and employees have correct personal information on the system.Ensure that all personnel records are accurate, up-to-date, loaded on Workday, and Magnify.Monitor promotions, staff transfers, changes on payroll and Magnify.Monitor and track intermediary FAIS information on Workday and changes that are uploaded from Magnify to Workday.Track and monitor offboarding of employees and FAIS recoupments.Update resignation and dismissal, exit administration on Magnify and provide weekly reporting.Handle job change, offboarding, and FSCA and general HC inquiries and provide quick, efficient, and accurate resolution.Track intermediary FSCA status on Workday to monitor debarred, not tied, and intermediaries tied to more than 1 FSP.Support the administration of the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) for retirements, maternity leave, dismissals, and retrenchments.Review exits and job changes for accuracy and completeness on Workday.Serve as a primary contact and provide support to employees in response to their requests, inquiries, transfers, and exits information.May act as mentor/resource to less experienced Administrators.Workday experience is necessary.Requirements: Matric certification.1-2 years experience in the financial industry in a human capital administration role.1-2 years' experience with Magnify system will be advantageous.Experience with Workday system and reports.Experience FAIS rules application for intermediaries.MS Excel advanced proficiency.Skills: Communication, Detail-Oriented, Employee Offboarding, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Microsoft Excel, Onboarding, Payroll Processing, Workday.
Education: Matriculation Certificate (Matric) (Required).
