Role Description Key / Performance Areas Financial AdviceProvides advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.Works in specific allocated markets.Works with a specific range of products.Personal EffectivenessAccountable for service delivery through their efforts.Individually accountable for managing their time, tasks, and output quality for periods of 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills.Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.Accepts and lives the company values.Relationship BuildingEstablish sound working relationships and maximizes opportunities with prospective clients.Uses appropriate interpersonal and communication techniques to gain client acceptance.Sales/ ProductivityDevelops, tracks & reviews a business plan to meet individual performance targets.Engages in limited prospecting.Requirements: Skills, Qualifications, and Experience requiredGrade 12 (Matric).Valid Driver's license and Own Car.FAIS Compliance.Clear criminal and credit check.Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales).Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Presentations skills are an added advantage.Attributes / CompetenciesClient Focus.Decision Making.Planning & Organizing.Sales Ability.Technical Knowledge.Tenacity.Closing Date11 July 2024.
