Member Services And Events Coordinator

About the Role As our Member Services and Events Coordinator, you will have responsibility for the execution of events to service existing members, monitoring and following up on member acquisition and upgrade leads, and execution of local hub commitments. The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and/or experience: Excellent customer service, organisational, and administrative skills Experience of organising and reviewing successful events within budget Ability to communicate effectively and confidently at different levels, including remotely via online meetings Ability to work from home with minimal supervision Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and experience working with social media, with the ability to learn new in-house systems quickly. Willingness to work flexible hours to meet the organisation's needs
