Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Software Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will focus on selling and promoting the software solutions across public and private healthcare sectors in South Africa and the Southern Africa region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare software sales and a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. - Identify and engage potential clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, public health programs, and private healthcare providers. - Promote our comprehensive software solutions, emphasizing the benefits of our healthcare plans and integrated platforms. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and capabilities of our software - Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance the functionality and usability of our software solutions based on client needs and market demands. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
