We're looking for someone who can join our teamOur sales representatives are responsible for all customer help before a sale is made. They enjoy a very close dynamic with our customers, working with them closely to design the best computer for them, based on their needs and budget. This often involves introducing the customer to new ideas and ways of achieving what they want, ensuring a better overall computing experience. It requires weighing what they want against your experience to provide the best computer possible.
A significant portion of this interaction occurs via email, but it also includes phone calls. It is crucial that we maintain excellent availability and response time to our customers. We seek self-motivated individuals who genuinely enjoy helping people.
