Our client, who specializes in the Orthotic and Prosthetic industry, is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Specialist to expand their reach within the healthcare sector, which includes hospitals, practices, and clinics. They're looking for someone with a flair for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude towards client engagement.
The ideal candidate would have proven experience in the healthcare or medical device industry and experience in engaging with healthcare professionals, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, specifically in the healthcare or medical device industry.
A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, ideally within B2B environments.
Experience in engaging with healthcare professionals, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
Familiarity with the medical device market, with a strong understanding of product positioning and value communication.
Previous experience conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
Willingness to travel, including local trips and occasional longer trips within the region (e.g., quarterly visits to target areas).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth through proactive lead generation and relationship building with healthcare professionals.
Educate clients on our innovative healthcare solutions, enhancing patient care.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape effective sales strategies.
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to align with business goals and drive results.
