Also, you will be looking after various topics, such as organization of surgeons' trainings, building relationships with business and external stakeholders, development of Educational Programs, or managing cost allocation.What will you be doing?HCP customer engagementAdministrative functions such as SWAT, event managementCross functional interactions with BU Sales Marketing, Sales & Prof AffairsManaging Med Ed eventsManaging Compliance related activitiesDevelopment and delivery of content for local Med Ed meetingsWhat will you need to be successful? 5 years of experience in Medical Education or Marketing in the Medical related Industry; or 3 years of experience in Contracting, Marketing or Professional Affairs in the Medical or related IndustryStrong ability to develop and write strategic business plansLeadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle multiple responsibilities at the same time - strong organization skillsProject and People Management Skills,Clinical knowledge of Orthopedics and Wound Management (nice to have)You.
