Execution of the localization strategy, supporting translation SD&L projects from beginning to endJob DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesAdministrationProcessing of service provider invoices and raising purchase ordersGathering and consolidating proof of payments and evidence reports for the quarterly reportsFollowing up on compliance documentation with beneficiaries and service providersManage and ensure proper filing of ED and SD documentsCollating all ED/SD documentation for the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) rating processAssist with compilation of monthly SD&L reportsRequired Qualifications and desired CharacteristicsGrade 12 (required)Degree or National Diploma in Business Management and or Project Management (required)Able to communicate with and coordinate the work of service providers Demonstrated knowledge of producing basic monitoring reports for SD&L projectsVery good organizing skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills including clear, concise e-mails; report writing and presentation skillsMust be a self-starter and be able to work independentlyAble to handle multiple projects, prioritize work and work effectively under limited supervisionVery good MS Word and MS Excel skills; exposure to MS project (or similar) and MS PowerPoint would be an advantage.GE is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
