The Care Team Coordinator - CMA rooms the patient, completes team documentation, and performs in-between visit functions within the specific team care structure to provide excellent patient care to those we serve.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATIONFor positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.Minimum Required: Graduate of a medical assistant (MA) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) program.EXPERIENCEMinimum Required: NonePreferred/Optional: One year experience as a Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSESThe following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
