Who are we looking for: A Media Sales Specialist with TV and radio media sales experience.
What will you do: As a Media Sales Specialist, you will drive our advertising initiatives across radio and television within your portfolio to achieve your target.

Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow a robust portfolio of new advertisersIncrease sales and drive revenue growth within your portfolioBuild and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies and client decision-makersMeet and exceed sales goals and targetsUnderstand your clients' needs to tailor and present compelling pitches to secure high-value advertising dealsCollaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless results, from pitching to campaign executionsUnderstand market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in media advertisingWhat do you need: Minimum of five years of sales experience in the media advertising spaceProven ability to develop and implement sales strategies that grow a portfolio of new advertisers and drive revenue growthStrong skills in identifying and developing new business opportunities and solutionsTrack record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsExcellent relationship-building skillsClient-centric approach with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and retentionGood knowledge of the South African Radio and TV industrySelf-driven and accountable in every step of the sales process, from prospecting to closing dealsStrong time management skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating accountability and effective communicationAbility to thrive under pressure and a willingness to learn and grow in the roleValid drivers licence and own vehicle
