Job Objective:
As an Advertising Key Account Manager, your goal will be to manage and expand relationships with key clients handed over by the New Business Development Manager, ensuring their advertising needs are met and they receive exceptional service. You will be required to service up to R8 250 000 in revenue and ensure it grows. Occasionally, you will also be responsible for hunting new business.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and expand relationships with key clientsEnsure clients' advertising needs are met and they receive exceptional serviceCollaborate with internal teams to craft creative sales strategies and conceptsRegularly monitor and report on clients' campaign performanceIdentify and leverage opportunities for account growth, including upselling additional servicesMaintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and best practicesOccasionally identify and target new business opportunities Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in account management or salesKnowledge of various advertising platforms, including TV, radio, outdoor, and onlineExceptional communication and presentation skillsA proven track record in managing client accounts and achieving sales targetsAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet challenging deadlinesA bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related fields is advantageous Compensation: Competitive salaryCommission structure: 2.5% of gross profit on Key Account Managed jobs and up to 12.5% on new accounts that you sellStrong opportunities for career growth and development
