Media Production Producer - Digital Learning Content (Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Cape Town
Hybrid work model: Minimum two days a week in the office with option to work remotely for remaining three days
Contract type: Fixed-term contract linked to the project (The project is anticipated to run until July 2026)
We're looking for an experienced Media Production Producer to lead a small team of editors and designers on a dedicated, high-volume project. This role involves managing media workflows, guiding team members, and integrating AI and automation techniques to scale production effectively. You'll also be directly involved in the day-to-day work, ensuring both quality and creativity are maintained throughout the project.
The team will work alongside our Learning Designers on a long-term, fast-paced project, providing an opportunity to experiment with new ways of working. You'll have the autonomy to set up and manage systems and workflows that drive efficiency and maintain a high standard of creative output.
Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the workflow of a team of
