Job DescriptionWhat will you do? Media Campaigns Execution Implement media campaignsManage relationship with agencies to implement digital campaigns for upper and lower funnel activation via Paid Social, Display and offline as well.Opportunities to take over lead roles within the team in terms of channels, regional media expertise or key projects.Monitor and track media performance and suggest optimizations.Readapt campaigns based on flows, demand and destination needs.Implement specific actions plans in collaboration with E-commerce and marketing teamsBudget & Reporting Analyse and report on media performance at internal meetings, create relevant action plans when needed.Manage and optimise attributed marketing budgets ensuring spend is delivering targeted ROIs or awareness KPIs.Collaborate and liaise with central teams and other hubs to optimise marketing campaigns under your responsibility.QualificationsOur ideal profile would be: Qualification / CompetenciesExcellent commercial acumen, with a data driven, results-orientated approachExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data & generate learnings for future campaignsStrong influencing/consensus building, interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environmentFluent in English and another European language is a plusRequired Skills and KnowledgeGoogle Analytics trainedExperience NeededMinimum of 4 years' experience with Paid Media CampaignsPreferably strong offline expertise and agency backgroundExperience in full funnel campaigns would be a plusAdditional InformationWhat's in there for you?
