What you will be doing:
Breakdown Analysis: Investigate equipment breakdowns and recommend solutions to minimise downtime.
System Review: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of information in our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Workshop Management: Oversee workshop activities, ensuring adherence to relevant standards.
Problem-Solving Culture: Help develop and maintain a culture of problem-solving through root cause analysis practices.
Reporting: Compile and analyse reports on KPIs, asset care compliance, artisan utilisation, employee management, and financial forecasts.
Advice and Solutions: Provide advice and problem-solving techniques for various engineering challenges.
Compliance: Assist in ensuring adherence to the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS Act).
Manufacturing Capability: Implement strategies like 5S and Reliability Centered Maintenance to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
Engineering Spares: Manage select aspects of engineering spares.
Lubrication Strategies: Develop and implement effective lubrication management strategies.
What you will need to be considered:
Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Sciences or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology with a major in Mechanical Engineering.
A minimum average of 60% in the final year of studies.
Additional Requirements:
Experience Bonus: Vacation or part-time work experience is a plus.

Flexible Availability: Willingness to travel between our factories and work overtime and shifts as our factory operates continuously.
