Mechanical Engineering Foreman

RPO Recruitment is currently partnering with a reputable mining company in the North West region to find a skilled Mechanical Engineering Foreman. As the Mechanical Engineering Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance activities of mechanical equipment at the mining site.
Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the mechanical maintenance team
Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements
Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment history

Requirements:

Certified trade test certificate (Section 13 or 26D)
Fitter or Fitter and Turner preferable
Intimate knowledge of plant and plant equipment
Minimum 3 years' Mechanical Foreman experience within the mining industry
At least 6 years related industry experience
Equipment maintenance experience is essential
Strong leadership and communication skills
