If so, this opportunity is perfect for you!Key Responsibilities:Workshop Support: Collaborate with the Services Workshop Manager to define the scope of work and recommend the best repair methods.Technical Sales Assistance: Work closely with the Sales Department during tender processes, ensuring accurate technical details. After submission, manage the technical aspects of the contract, including implementing necessary modifications to the manufacturing or servicing processes.Project Collaboration: Assist Project Engineers and Administrators in reviewing RFQ requirements.Quality Control: Represent the Sales Department to ensure all work aligns with the agreed repair scope, technical specifications, and compliance standards.Innovation: Identify and implement new technologies for manufacturing local spare parts in line with MDT and International Technical Standards.Minimum Qualifications:Educational Background: BSC in Mechanical Engineering/BEng in Mechanical Engineering (focused on rotating equipment design)Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience.Technical Skills:Strong engineering background.Proficiency in CNC programming and machining.CAD drafting (preferably CADKEY) and 3D modeling (preferably SOLIDWORKS).Expertise in tool and fixture design, manufacturing processes, and costing.Knowledge of inventory control, record keeping, and precision parts manufacturing.Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably).Availability to support workshop staff after hours.Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, precision, and excellence.
