Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide Mechanical Wet engineering design and project consulting services to the building industry.Concept Design, Detail Design, Cost, Specify, Tender and Project Management of New and Refurb projects in the Commercial Built Environment:Office ComplexesData CentersHotel and LeisureRetail ParksEducation FacilitiesHigh Rise Residential DevelopmentsHospitalsExperience & QualificationB.Tech (Mech), B.Eng. (Mech) or BSc Eng. (Mech)Registered as a Candidate / Professional with ECSA is preferredMinimum 4-6+ Years experience in mechanical design and Wet services consulting engineering in the Building services industrySound knowledge of 2D, 3D design and modeling software such as CAD, Revit, BIM or similar.
