Designing HVAC systems Oversee turnkey projects Liaising with clients, architects, and project managers Performing heating calculations and conducting tests Prepare tender documents and bills of quantities Skills & Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building services Minimum 3 years of experience with REVIT and or BIM360 A driven and enthusiastic individual Professionally registered advantageous Bilingual in Afrikaans and English Great interpersonal skills Qualification: BEng in Mechanical Engineering Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
