Me Graduate

Main Purpose of the roleThe ME Graduate is responsible for ensuring an optimum process to support the production line, by supporting the FMEAs, process flow diagrams, and standard manufacturing operations to produce parts that meet the customer specification at all times using Faurecia standards and tools. The key responsibility of the ME Graduate is to maintain, create, and audit accurate BOM & Master data.Essential Responsibilities And DutiesParticipate in the review process of FMEAs.Participate in the review of process flow diagrams.Maintain process documents for newly implemented machines.Support processes by contributing to continuous improvement and production through participation in the process specialist network.Participate in plant layout updates.Ensure continuous improvement by capitalizing on lessons learned and providing best practices using tools like process productivity analysis, improvement action plans, production equipment performance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving processes.Ensure FES & HSE standards and processes are always met/followed.Qualifications And ExperienceEducation: National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.Knowledge and experience:Experience with computer systems.Valid driver's license.Excellent people and teamwork skills.Languages: Ability to speak, write, and read the English language.
