We are looking for two (2) strong candidates to take ownership of Business Insurance Specialist teams in Gauteng.
The successful candidates need to be passionate about people, display professionalism in dealing with clients, have excellent networking and analytical skills, and be fanatic about the success of the business.
Minimum RequirementsNQF4/Matric/Standard 10FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (depending on Dofa)Financial Services Board Regulatory Exams (RE5) completedNQF 5 & NQF 6 advantageousMust have your own motor vehicleValid code B driver's licenseMinimum 3 years' experience in the commercial insurance industryMinimum 3 years' experience in face-to-face businessDeliverables include, but will not be limited to:To deliver on business strategies and key deliverablesRecruitment of own teamTo ensure that the team adheres to compliance regulationsTo coach and mentor all team members to ensure high quality standardsTo analyse performance data and present findings to senior managementEnsure team enablement to perform at optimal levelAssist your team to build their own insurance portfoliosCommunicate effectively with your team, management, and internal stakeholdersProvide ongoing system and product supportMust be highly proficient in dealing with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to plan and manage time efficientlyResults orientedExcellent leadership skillsSelf-disciplined and ability to work under pressureSelf-motivated and desire to excelAnalytical and organisedProblem solving skills and solution orientedFlexibilityAbility to multi-task and attention to detailProfessional and organisedExcellent Excel and PowerPoint skillsBuild a successful career with usWe're all about building strong, lasting relationships with our employees.
