Responsibilities:Determine customer need analysisImplementations of the software at clientsConsultation with Mastercam software to provide manufacturing solutions to the company's clientsSupport of software online or on siteContinuously expand and upkeep Mastercam knowledgeDemonstrations of product to assist in pre-salesProvide training on the products we sell and supportDo presentations, webinars and blogs to provide marketing materialAttend launch events and other machining events such as open days at tool dealers and machine dealersBe the link between customer and our productRequirements:Matric with high grade Math'sBTech diploma or degree will be advantageousUnderstanding of Cad/Cam softwareKnowledge/Experience with Mastercam or similar CAM software will be advantageousCNC machining knowledge or experience will be advantageousFor post processor guys:Software programming and development diploma / course / interest will be very advantageousVisual Basic/Python/C++ development skills will be advantageousSuitable Candidate Must Have The Following:Strong communication skillsConfidence when communicatingComfortable with computers and working on TeamViewerCustomer service attitudeGrowth possibilities to senior application engineer, training facilitator and post developerKeen interests in the machining / manufacturing / engineering / DIY / Woodwork / CNC / 3D printing areas
