Master Data Administrator (Amanzimtoti, Kzn)

International group are seeking an experienced Master Data Administrator for their IT department in Amanzimtoti.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Validation:

Validate Syspro master data vs actual Bills of Materials (BOM) Management:

Work closely with teams to ensure they populate all required BOM information.Create and maintain BOMs for our products.Ensure that BOMs accurately reflect the components needed for manufacturing. Data Accuracy and Maintenance:

Ensure data integrity to maintained.Regularly validate and cleanse data to remove duplicates or inaccuracies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues.Keep our data systems aligned with best practice. Data Collection/Capturing

Gather master data from different sourceCapturing of master data on relevant systems ERP Project Documentation:

Validate all data required for ERP projectCleanse and Update data related to project for different functional areas REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 (with mathematics)Experience working with an ERP system (Syspro will be an added advantage)1 year + experience working in a similar role dealing with product codes master data (FMCG sector will be an added advantage)Be computer literate with intermediate level Excel skillsBookkeeping experience (will be an added advantage)Be an analytical and logical thinkerHave excellent attention to detailHave the ability to work in a fast paced and driven environment RUMUNERATION Market related cost to company
