In this role, you will support a recruitment agency by creating and executing marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing lead generation and improving client recruitment services. You'll manage LinkedIn posts, handle email campaigns, and assist in developing a structured and consistent marketing approach that aligns with our growth objectives.Key Responsibilities: Manage and schedule LinkedIn posts to boost engagement and attract potential clients. Plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Assist in lead generation efforts through marketing sequences and digital outreach strategies. Collaborate on developing a structured, consistent marketing strategy to support recruitment goals. Analyze and report on campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts. Key Qualities: Strong work ethic and self-motivation to thrive in a remote environment. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and fast-paced work environments. Proven ability to generate and nurture leads through various digital channels. Requirements: Experience managing LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns. Familiarity with sequencing and marketing automation tools. Prior experience in a marketing role, ideally within the recruitment or professional services sectors. Access to a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
