As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for all the company's Marketing related activities.The successful candidate will manage a creative team covering all forms of Marketing of the company, including the owned Digital platforms of the business as well as the Digital Marketing strategy for all the products of the business. Apply today.ResponsibilitiesManage a creative team to strategically drive the brand awareness and growth of the company and the products it sells.Manage all marketing channels including social media, newsletters, print advertising, radio campaigns, in-store and external events, give-aways and donations.Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company's reputation and drive qualified traffic.Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels.Build and manage Google AdWords campaigns and measure the success of the campaigns using Google Analytics.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against annual goals set out by the CEO.Oversee and approve marketing material, both online and in the physical stores.Work with the sales and catalogue team to promote specific products and categories during the appropriate seasons throughout the year.RequirementsThe successful candidate must have/be:Bachelors Degree in Marketing, or demonstrable marketing skills/knowledge.Minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing management in e-Commerce.Firm grasp of SEO best practices.Digital Marketing experience.Google AdWords experience.Excellent communication skills (Written, Verbal, Telephonic).Excellent English language skills.Team management skills.Understanding of web design and UI/UX principles.Graphic design/web design skills would be a bonus.City: Somerset WestLevel of Expertise: MidRemuneration: NegotiableConsultant: KimReference Number: #Kim1074Apply for this Job
