We are seeking a passionate and talented Marketing & Sales Manager to join our A-Team.We are on a hot pursuit for a well-presented and knowledgeable individual with a proven track record in maintaining relationships and sales programs.
You should be adept at problem-solving, possess high levels of stress tolerance and have a deep understanding and passion of how to execute marketing and sales programs.

What Is Required:As the Marketing & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies for Pezula Nature Retreat.
The main goal of your position is to focus on generating leads and traffic to the property's websites and direct enquiries and emails.
The ideal candidate would have to monitor and provide continuous feedback on marketing and sales campaigns.Minimum Requirements:3+ years working experience within marketing predominantly in the Tourism & Hospitality industryGrade 12 or equivalentFormal Qualification in Sales and Marketing (Advantageous)Be able to read, write and speak English at a Business level (an additional language would be advantageous)Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs3+ years' MICE Sales experience3+ years' B2C sales experienceOpera Cloud knowledge (or similar PMS) will be an advantageMicrosoft SuiteGoogle apps (advantageous)Meta apps (advantageous) Core Competencies:Communication:Client focused interactive communication – Professional English StandardActive ListeningStrong Relationship building skills Cognitive Competencies:Strong Business acumenCreative and innovative thinkingStrong Analysis/Reasoning SkillsPersonal efficacy: Highly Presentable in Public settingsSelf-ManagementHigh levels of Stress ToleranceGoal OrientedContinuous learningFine eye for detailCollaborative Spirit Ready to Join?
