As a Marketing & Sales Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our success. This role combines creative marketing strategies with proactive sales initiatives to drive bookings, build brand awareness, and support our team in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.Coordinate social media accounts, creating engaging content to grow our online presence.Coordinate promotional events, partnerships, and trade shows.Support a Marketing & Sales Manager with administrative tasks, lead generation, and client follow-ups.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.Prepare reports on campaign performance and sales activities.Qualifications and Skills A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).Experience with presentation software such as PowerPoint.Familiarity with design tools like Canva (preferred).Knowledge of hospitality management systems like OPERA (advantageous).Proven experience in marketing, sales, or hospitality (2 – 3 years preferred).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software.Outstanding organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.Creativity and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
