Position Overview: Planstin Administration is looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Product Coordinator to take ownership of the marketing efforts for a key product line within the company. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of product marketing in the health and employee benefits space. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Product Coordinator will drive the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring the product line's success and growth within the market.



Key Responsibilities: Product Line Strategy & Ownership: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy for the assigned product line. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks related to the product. Work closely with the product team to align marketing strategies with product enhancements, positioning, and launches. Campaign Management & Execution: Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, engagement, and adoption. Coordinate with internal teams such as design, content, and digital marketing to ensure consistent messaging and successful execution of marketing initiatives. Monitor the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to gather feedback and refine product messaging. Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and product objectives to drive product success. Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments to ensure the smooth rollout of new product features and updates. Reporting & Data Analysis: Analyze and report on product marketing performance, including key metrics like market share, lead generation, and conversion rates. Utilize data to inform decision-making and adjust strategies to improve product success. Provide regular updates to the Director of Marketing and executive leadership on product line performance. Market Awareness & Thought Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs. Represent the product line at trade shows, conferences, and other events to build relationships and increase visibility in the market. Create thought leadership content and work with the content marketing team to position the product line as a leader in the industry. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in product marketing or marketing leadership, preferably within the healthcare or employee benefits space. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex marketing initiatives. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely. Experience in using data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and measure success. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, project management platforms, analytics tools). Experience in the insurance or health industries is preferred. Why Join Planstin?
