To spearhead and execute comprehensive digital sales and marketing strategies that leverage cutting-edge technologies and platforms to maximize brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and achieve sales targets. To harness the power of digital channels and data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey, enhance brand recognition, and ultimately, expand the organization's digital footprint and revenue streams. Responsibilities: End-to-end automated communication of all traffic related to prospective students. Provide customer insights based on email interaction. Ad hoc marketing projects. Monitor the performance of the sales systems regularly, analyzing data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and growth. Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Eduvos' goals and target audience. Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns, tracking key performance indicators and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Assess the growth and effectiveness of strategic partnerships through metrics like partnership growth rates and collaborative project success. Utilize social media analytics and tools to monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve future strategies. Monitor social media engagement metrics, influencer impact, and brand sentiment analysis to gauge the effectiveness of online communication and brand perception. Budget management. Operational planning - plans, roadmaps, targets, objectives, priorities, schedules, projects. Operational implementation and execution monitoring - control, corrective action. Reporting. Problem solving and decision quality, including escalations, queries, and complaints. Resource and capacity management (people, equipment, systems, money; assignment and re-allocation of resources between teams; workload and workflow monitoring between teams). Operational efficiency - processes, policies and procedures (SOPs), systems, methodologies, performance standards. Governance and compliance / Risk management. Minimum Requirements: Honours degree in Marketing and relevant certification in data analytics. At least three years' experience in the Higher Education industry. Depth of website management and paid media experience. Depth of CRM marketing (including email marketing) experience. At least 3-5 years in a Digital Marketing Specialist role. Project management skills. Well-developed writing and editing skills. Website design and automation experience. Campaign management skills. PowerBI skills. Platform proficiency (Meta and Google). Analytical skills. Trend awareness. Good understanding of campaign budgeting to optimize spend. Depth of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing management (SEM) knowledge. Customer journey mapping. Customer life cycle strategies. Strong leadership. Able to take initiative. Effective communication (verbal and written). Analysis and judgment / problem solving. Innovative and able to manage change. Systematic approach (planning and organizing). Strategic thinker.
