The purpose of the role is to provide strategic partnership to multiple marketing leads by assessing business needs, offering marketing solutions, advising and directing the input into the development of relevant marketing programmes or strategic initiatives in line with the business strategic direction through the marketing value chain (consulting, programme leadership, strategic solutioning, development, execution and reporting and measurement). Are you someone who can: Manage expenditure planning and variances within approved budget parameters Manage team or teams in areas of responsibility in delivery against performance targets and achievement of wider human capital objectives Develop marketing plans from the multiple-franchise or segment business and marketing strategies Plan, design and manage assigned marketing programmes or initiatives and monitor progress, resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective action Consult with multiple business stakeholders to identify, assess marketing needs and offer innovative solutions Development of pillar or customer marketing strategies and plans in line with the business strategic direction and the marketing value chain for the respective pillar or sub-segments Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across business areas and across the group Identify and participate in activities that are appropriate for own development as a life-long learner Deploy integrated risk management, governance and compliance frameworks throughout area of responsibilities.
