The main purpose of the role is to provide strategic partnership to multiple stakeholder needs, advising and directing the input into the development of relevant marketing programmes and strategic initiatives in line with the business strategic direction.
Are you someone who can: Manage expenditure planning and variances within approved budget parametersManage team or teams in areas of responsibility in delivery against performance targets and achievement of wider human capital objectivesDevelop marketing plans from the multiple-franchise or segment business and marketing strategiesPlan, design and manage assigned marketing programmes or initiatives and monitor progress, resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective actionConsult with multiple business stakeholders to identify, assess marketing needs and offer innovative solutionsDevelopment of pillar or customer marketing strategies and plans in line with the business strategic direction and the marketing value chain for the respective pillar or sub-segmentsDevelop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across business areas and across the groupIdentify and participate in activities that are appropriate for own development as a life-long learnerDeploy integrated risk management, governance and compliance frameworks throughout area of responsibilities.The ideal candidate will have: Relevant Bachelor's Degree5 to 8 years experience in a similar environment, of which 2 to 3 years ideally at management level in a managerial marketing positionMarketing background and knowledge of relevant marketing standardsProficient in relevant software packages and applicationsLeadership of marketing programmes in support of the business and marketing plansLeveraging capabilities of direct marketing, digital performance marketing, social media marketing, above-the-line, digital and traditional media, and content marketingBias for actionData and InsightsProject or programme managementMarketing MojoMarket and customer insightsMarket ResearchB2B Experience would be advantageousYou will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborateA challenging working environmentOpportunities to innovateWe can be a match if you: Are adaptable and curiousCan thrive in a collaborative environmentApply now if you are interested in taking the next step.
