Moving Tactics works with top brands, retailers, restaurant chains, mobile telecommunication companies and financial institutions to develop, create and implement digital signage platforms across the continent that facilitate in-store marketing and advertising, corporate communication, and audio applications.
We are looking for a Junior Campaign Manager to provide administrative support to our media operations. You'll assist in campaign management and coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring that the client strategy has been executed efficiently.
The ideal candidate for this position will be confident, efficient, organised and deadline driven.
Duties & Responsibilities: Sales and Relationship Management: Support the HOD as well as the Key Accounts Manager with sales documentation, proposals and presentations when required.Campaign Management in connection with Suppliers: Provide support to the Key Accounts Manager with the smooth rollout of campaigns in all the retailers.Reporting: Saving flighting reports to the correct server.Compare all images to approved mock-ups, flagging issues that arise.Create store communication documents and implementation briefs for campaigns in retailers.Create and send reports to clients.Ensuring reports are completed before each deadline.To ensure Key Accounts Manager is aware of campaign issues/campaign updates throughout the rollout of each campaign.Conduct a site visit for every campaign that goes live to ensure quality of materials.Conduct regular site visits to keep up to date on store changes/updates.Administration: Align with suppliers on the Campaign DTP tracker weekly, alongside Key Accounts Manager.Update our Internal Tracker weekly, send updates to suppliers on a Monday on campaign updates (align with HOD and Key Accounts Manager prior).Create courier Lists where required.Arrange collection and delivery of samples and testers where required.Package and sort testers where required.Desired Experience & Qualification: Required Skill Set: The individual needs to be well organised.Extremely process and deadline driven.Teamwork and collaboration abilities.The ability to take direction from HOD and Key Accounts Manager.Administratively strong.Must have a good understanding of people and the ability to build a strong working relationship with their team members.Must be efficient on Canva and/or Powerpoint.Package & Remuneration:Basic Salary – R12,000.00 per month
