Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on wound care or related therapeutic areas.
Recognized as an expert in advanced wound care products and services
Solid experience in roles that require a deep understanding of the health system and regulations
Developed market research, reporting and monitoring skills
Experience in multifunctional project management
Superior ability to adapt regional / global marketing strategies to market reality
Key Job Outputs
Define and execute the strategic Marketing plans that lead to business development and growth.
Provide marketing management in the development of product and service portfolios.
Generate and maintain a long-term relationship with KOL.
Evaluate external and internal variables that affect the market, products, prices, brands and promotional plans to develop or adjust campaigns to maintain the expected marketing positioning.
Develop and deploy the launch of new products or lines, coordinating from market research to product launch to the sales force, customers and final consumer.
Evaluate and manage grants requested by the sales force.
Evaluate and develop business cases according to the global, regional and local marketing strategy.
Extract key findings from clinical literature that align and add value to marketing strategies.
Use health economics principles to provide valuable strategic insights to sales strategies.
Design, implement and track quarterly sales force campaigns.
Manage all aspects of a world-class D2C offering including launch and marketing.
Oversee tenders, pricing, and product launches.
Conduct monthly brand reviews.
Work closely with supply chain and sales leadership to ensure forecast accuracy.
Plan, implement and track CRM tool.
