MARKETING MANAGER (TRADE & BRAND PORTFOLIO) POS24207Area: MidrandSalary: R1 millionQualification:Tertiary Qualification: Business / Marketing Degree10+ years OTC pharmaceutical and FMCG experienceProven experience as a Marketing Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and business growthDemonstrated strategy implementation across Trade and Marketing functionsAnalytical and business acumen skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyKey Job Outputs:Achieve annual fiscal revenue targets for pharmaceutical and FMCG marketsManage as part of commercial leadership the OPEX (cost centres, profit centres, Advertising TT, allocated A&P) for the portfolioAssist in developing brand & channel strategic objectivesApproval of marketing and channel spend according to commercial objectivesManage agency and business expectationsOversee channel strategy execution and customer conference preparationsApproval of regulatory compliance submissionsAssist channel with preparations of DOH submissions relating to product changesSense of urgency in resolution of customer queriesContinuous assessment of strategy implementation through infield visitsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, regulatory affairs and artwork, to ensure alignment and maximize marketing effectivenessManage new product launches & relaunch into tradeLiaising with creative agencies to develop above & below the line marketing materialCore Competencies:Knowledge of Pharmaceutical landscapeKnowledge of FMCG landscapeCustomer and marketing data mining & analyticsCategory ManagementMarketing codePharmaceutical marketing regulationsMerchandising principlesAgency ManagementDigital and Traditional marketingPharmaceutical Laws i.e.
