Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives.Use market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning.Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.Report marketing and sales results to the Executive team.Product and SalesIdentify target markets and assist in developing strategies aligned with the sales strategy.Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.Enhance industry knowledge by utilizing collateral from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create impactful content that communicates the brand effectively.Deliver successful marketing campaigns while owning each stage of the process end-to-end (from idea to completion).Develop and continually improve various marketing materials and products to assist with the sales process, e.g., presentations, pamphlets, proposals, videos, and other marketing materials.Provide marketing reports on sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.Marketing & Brand ManagementDevelop marketing and advertising strategies and plans, including recommendations, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.Manage brand consistency across all touchpoints, including logos, colors, images, videos, and documentation.Promote the business brand internally and externally through effective communication and newsletters.Regularly vet third-party providers against performance and manage an effective preferred suppliers list.Build, execute, and manage the social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.Develop LinkedIn posts with strategic writing techniques and targeted frameworks to attract the ideal audience.Manage and oversee the website, including content, images, updates, newsfeeds, and SEO to ensure alignment with the business strategy.Lead marketing initiatives with internal and external resource teams, e.g., graphic designers and web developers.Collaborate with global office personnel on branding and customer-related interfaces.Measure and report on performance measures and indicate return on marketing investment.Manage industry-specific events, coordinating marketing opportunities and preparing presentations and marketing collateral.Manage the marketing budget, including securing third-party funding collaborations.Initiate vendor-specific targeting projects in collaboration with SMEs.Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks as requested.Communication and RelationshipsBuild strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for the brand during client and supplier engagements.Collaborate regularly with managerial staff and other relevant colleagues.GeneralWork both individually and as part of a team where appropriate.Fulfill any training and/or examination requirements as per the Company's skills and certification matrix.Be willing to assist with tasks as required to achieve deliverables.Regularly familiarize yourself with the Company's portfolio of products, services, customers, suppliers, and internal procedures.Desired Experience & QualificationNecessary Experience and/or QualificationBachelor's degree / Diploma in Marketing.5-8 years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in MS Office, emails, social media, and presentations.Knowledge and experience in design software preferred.Knowledge and experience within a Technology, ICT, or Telecoms environment preferred.Experience in an international environment preferred.Knowledgeable in a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.Creative and innovative.Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.Confident and outgoing personality.Excellent attention to detail.Well organized, self-motivated, and able to multi-task.Ability to work effectively under pressure.Proficient and comfortable with new technology.Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and as a valued team member.Interested?A Consultant will be in touch if you are shortlisted for the position.
